Brett Palmer was born and raised in Silverdale, Washington. Brett received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University. Brett opened Pacific Physical Therapy in September 2014. He is a current member of the APTA, Private Practice Section, Orthopedic and Sport Sections. Brett enjoys working with diverse patient populations treating a wide variety of conditions through active treatments that involve manual therapy and therapeutic exercise. Brett is a former Division I athlete and uses his knowledge and experience as an athlete to help athletes of all skill levels achieve optimal performance.
Brett is fluent in Spanish and has utilized his language skills to communicate therapy procedures and techniques with his patients. He is an active member of the community working with the Boy Scouts of America and as a wrestling coach at Klahowya Secondary School. He enjoys hiking and camping and spending time with his wife and two children.
Tori Scott is from Georgia and has lived in Washington since 2012. Tori received her Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Science from Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah, Georgia, and Associates of Applied Science for Physical Therapy Assistant from Olympic College. Tori enjoys working with individuals of all ages and treating a variety of clinical conditions, you will enjoy working with Tori with her sweet southern drawl and clinical expertise. Tori enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling to see new places, and spending time with her husband.
